1. Engagement & Project Scope

By commissioning Shoiab Mushtaq for website construction services, you agree to the scope elements, project budgets, and timelines detailed in my signed proposal document.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of final project payments, all custom CSS/JS assets, text modules, layout databases, and structural assets constructed for your project are fully assigned to you.

3. Client Inputs

To maintain project timelines, clients agree to provide assets (e.g. brand graphics, logos, vector icons) and copy documents when requested. Delays in providing these materials may impact delivery schedules.

4. Limitation of Liability

Shoiab Mushtaq is not liable for indirect damages, lost client revenues, or database access failures stemming from third-party hosting networks, API deprecations, or domain registrars.
